You know, I love America. And God knows, I kid the Europeans about things like shower schedules and all, but let me tell ya... when it comes to ads like this, they really have a "coolness" advantage over us Yanks.

Well honestly, I have no idea what the hell is going on in this one. But look at it just once and you'll know why I couldn't bear to NOT pass it on.
Okay, so this is tough to understand, between the webby sound, the accent, and the deep voice, but... bear with it, because the payoff at the end is just fantastic.
To all those who claim that playing video games is just pure dorkiness... here's an answer from Playstation. Hey, even if a lot of the game players ain't cool -- including, ahem, me -- the commercial sure is, and has a Clio award to show for it. (Oh, and as a side note -- for all you gamers out there, let me make a shameless plug here for the Video Game Voters Network, a great org fighting against unfair regulation of video games).
Until the last few seconds, you'll be wondering what the hell is so great about this, but... then you'll get it, big time. Very clever.
